Covid - 19 Contingency Plan
Here's how we will be Operating:
We are all faced with the Coronavirus pandemic and we need to take all reasonable steps to keep our staff, families and clients safe and healthy.
We remain optimistic and will keep our Doors open and continue to provide the outstanding service NRG provide to our clients as allowed by Lockdown procedures..
We understand that, as Estate Agents, we play an essential role in our Communities and we realise that most of our clients have urgent property needs and livelihoods are at stake. We therefore commit to carry on serving our existing clients as well as new buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, and keep doing whatever we can to conclude successful transactions and expedite property transfers.
We have also implemented various operational, health and hygiene measures to protect our staff, clients and the community, in line with what was announced by the President:
- We will refrain from meeting with any clients that has entered or re-entered the country for a period of 14 days from entry.
- We will refrain from getting into contact with anyone with flu or related symtoms until the necessary medical steps have been taken.
When allowed and with lockdown procedures, our agents will abide to the following rules when viewings at Clients properties are allowed again:
- Our agents have been instructed to avoid personal contact and to remain at least 1 metre away from you and your family at all times,
- Our agents will be equiped with sanitizers and will make sure these are used at the appropriate times,
- Our agents will request any client to sanitize before entering clients properties for viewing and show days and refrain from touching anything in the property.
You can also use our Website to search for properties that match your needs, or request a property valuation and one of our agents will be in touch with you.
Viewing of our Properties will be arranged as soon as such is allowed according to Lockdown procedures.
Together we are committed to managing the spread of the virus and getting through this period together as a Nation.
